AGD Equipment Limited is a medium sized family owned construction equipment sales, rental and service company specialising in crawler cranes, mini cranes, telescopic crawler cranes and piling equipment.

Our 4 acre purpose built facility centrally based in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire includes a modern fully equipped workshop with 25 tons overhead crane, fabrication shop with fume extraction and 2 overhead cranes, large washbay with water recycling system plus a state of the art paintshop with baking oven, extraction system and the ability to finish equipment in 2-pack solid paint.

Established more than 30 years and spanning 3 generations our philosophy is simple - relationships are everything and customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Our rental fleet comprises over 120 items of specialist equipment including crawler cranes, mini cranes, telescopic crawler cranes, pile driving rigs, telescopic leader rigs, CFA piling rigs, bored piling rigs and soil mixing equipment. All equipment is available for hire with experienced operators and we operate throughout the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.

We also carry large stocks of used equipment. Specialising in crawler cranes and piling equipment. We can supply machines in good working condition or fully refurbished as required. Our own workshops, fabrication facility and paint shop are fully equipped to deal with any demand. We are experienced exporters and can ship worldwide. We welcome payment by letter of credit.

CMP/Barker JV choose AGD Rental for M25 widening contract

Sheet piling sub-contractors Commercial Marine & Piling/Kim Barker Construction Joint Venture were recently awarded a contract by Balfour Beatty/Skanska to install sheet piled walls on the M25 widening scheme in Hertfordshire.

AGD Rental were chosen to supply all of the telescopic crawler cranes for the contract plus some telescopic leader piling rigs to bolster CMP/Barkers fleets where necessary.

At the height of the programme AGD supplied a total of 8 units IHI telescopic crawler cranes and 2 units RTG telescopic leader piling rigs.

Pictured here is an RTG RG19T telescopic leader rig with MR125V03 125 tons resonance free variable moment vibrator, one of 2 units in our fleet which are the most powerful vibratory hammers available in the market. An IHI CCH500T 50 tons capacity telescopic crawler crane is being used to service the piling rig and is featured in the background.
