New Comacchio CHF500 CFA rig added to hire fleet

Our latest rental fleet addition is a powerful but compact Comacchio CHF500 CFA piling rig. Equipped with a 15 ton metre torque rotary head, it can drill 750 mm diameter piles to 27 m but it only weighs 45 tons. Ideal for transporting to sites where Police Escorts are required.

It has the latest emission tier 5 engine and is off to York next week to install 600 mm diameter piles on a mixed-use development for Bauer Technologies on behalf of main contractor Sisk.
