Muller vibratory hammers and power packs are manufactured using high quality components including Caterpillar & Volvo engines and Rexroth hydraulic systems. Electric / battery powered options are also available for zero emission requirements.

Crane suspended vibros

HFV series of vibros from MS-10 to MS-62 HV offer maximum peformance with minimum vibration. Suitable for driving sheet piles, beams and tubes with a selection of clamping devices. These vibros are gentle on your crane due to the resonance free technology adopted in their design.

HHF series offers the ability to change the eccentric weights in order to produce different amplitudes to suit changing ground conditions but maintaining the same centrifugal force.

H series are constant ampitude vibros which are extremely simple to use and robus in their construction.

Muller have a flexible approach and can taylor made solutions to customers requirements.

Excavator mounted vibros

HFB series, recently redesigned to be even more robust. Minimum overall height - maximum pile length

HFB-S series with swivelling device to enable direct pick-up and set-down of piles

HFBV series, variable moment and resonance free for minimal ground vibration, gentler on your excavator and the environment

HFB SG series, standard technology side grip vibros

HFBV SGX series, variable moment and resonance free side grip vibros, facilitating greater pile lengths combined with being gentle on your machine and the environment

Dangle drills

RHA series, dangle drills with various mounting options to enable pre-drilling of harder soils ahead of vibratory installation

Muller Vibratory Hammers FAQ

What are Müller vibratory hammers, and what are they used for?
Müller vibratory hammers are specialist piling tools used to drive and extract piles by generating high-frequency vibration. They are commonly used for sheet piling, tubular piles, H-beams and other foundation applications.
What types of piles can Müller vibratory hammers install?
Müller vibratory hammers can install and extract a wide range of pile types, including sheet piles, tubular piles, H-beams, timber piles and concrete piles, making them suitable for both temporary and permanent works.
What are the advantages of Müller vibratory hammers?
Müller vibratory hammers are known for their high performance, reliability and ability to adapt to different ground conditions. Their advanced technology allows efficient pile driving while maintaining control and precision.
Can Müller vibratory hammers be used in vibration-sensitive environments?
Yes, many Müller vibratory hammers are designed with resonance-free start and stop systems, helping to minimise vibration transfer into the ground and surrounding structures. This makes them suitable for urban and sensitive sites.
What types of projects are Müller vibratory hammers typically used for?
Müller vibratory hammers are widely used on infrastructure, civil engineering and marine projects, including sheet piling works, retaining structures, cofferdams and foundation construction.
Do you provide support and servicing for Müller equipment?
Yes, as a supplier of Müller vibratory hammers, we provide full support, including servicing, maintenance, parts supply and technical assistance through our in-house facilities and experienced engineering team.
