Equipped with 10 ton metre torque rotary head, Jean Lutz concrete monitoring system, lower guide, 4" concrete pipework, auger cleaner. 4 x 9 m interlocking kelly bar. Max diameter 1200 mm and max depth 32 m in rotary mode. Max diameter 750 mm and max depth 15 m in CFA mode. Excellent condition and appearance, CE certified.

What are CFA piling rigs, and what are they used for?

CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piling rigs are specialist machines used to install deep foundation piles by drilling and concreting in one continuous operation. They are widely used on infrastructure, commercial and civil engineering projects, particularly where low noise and vibration are required.

What types of used CFA piling rigs do you offer?

We offer a range of used CFA piling rigs from leading manufacturers, including Soilmec, Bauer, Woltman and RTG. Our stock typically includes both dedicated CFA rigs and dual-purpose CFA/rotary machines, depending on availability.

What condition are your used CFA piling rigs supplied in?

Our used rigs can be supplied in excellent working condition, fully serviced and prepared for site use, or in “as is” condition, depending on your requirements. All machines are inspected and can be prepared to meet specific project needs.

What pile diameters and depths can used CFA rigs achieve?

Depending on the model and configuration, used CFA rigs can typically install piles up to around 900–1000 mm diameter and depths of 25–30 metres or more.

What features and systems are included with CFA piling rigs?

Many rigs are equipped with high-torque rotary heads, concrete delivery systems and monitoring technology that tracks depth, rotation speed and concrete pressure, ensuring accurate and consistent pile installation.
