Brand new Sennebogen 643R, 40 tons capacity telescopic crawler crane supplied to the CITB Training College at Bircham Newton, Norfolk. The machine will be used to train new crawler crane operators entering the construction industry how to operate a telescopic crawler crane. A first for the CITB who have previously only used lattice boom crawler cranes for training.

With the telescopic crawler crane gaining so much popularity in the UK it was an excellent move to make, and as we are one of the market leaders in this sector it was especially nice to win the tender!

Another day another $ but this time a different application. Last week we were pre augering for sheet piling with this machine but now we are soil mixing with a twin rotary head. The RTG machine is so versatile and changes its equipment in literally a few minutes. Here we are installing 1500 mm diameter soil mixed columns for Deep Soil Mixing Ltd in Runcorn.

The first of our Sennebogen 643R 40 tons telescopic crawler cranes has been delivered to Land & Water to work on a barge on the River Thames at Blackfriars in London. The machine will be working 24 hours per day for 8 weeks with two operators.

Movax SG45 on 25 tons zero swing radius excavator base installing sheet piles for SPI Appleton at Hawick in the Scottish Borders. The works were required as emergency measures due to a collapse of the road during recently flooding. Our machine was chosen for its light weight and ability to work in confined spaces. As you can see the site was as tight as they come. Work was completed in 2 days just before Christmas.
